Saját terasz szép kilátással ... ami kissé kárptol a 175 lépcsőért és a többi a meredek utcákon ... jól felszerelt konyha ... saját parkoló, aminek a megközelítése megkérdezi az autót és a sofőrt egyaránt!
A szállás elég magasan található megközelítése szűk kanyargós meredek úton nehézkes embernek és autónak egyaránt! A klima alig működött nagyon meleg volt az emeleti hálóban és persze az egész lakásban!
