About this villa rental
Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Villa Dora, a traditional stone-built villa, sitting on an elevated plot with private infinity pool and panoramic sea views. Located in the quiet and peaceful village of Tragaki, the villa can accommodate up to six people, and is ideal for families and couples wanting to get away from it all. The nearby resort of Tsilivi, with its beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes’ drive away, and Zakynthos town itself is 15 minutes by car.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout and offers a fully equipped kitchen, with comfortable open plan dining and living areas overlooking the swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with fitted wardrobes and private en-suite facilities.
Outside there are large fully-enclosed and landscaped gardens, with a spacious balcony and the pool area, and including a built-in barbecue and patio furniture perfect for al fresco dining.
The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe. Towels and linen are provided.
In addition to the many beaches and swimming in the famously warm, clear waters of the Ionian Sea, local attractions on Zakynthos include Smugglers’ Wreck and the Blue Caves. There are various other activities available including horse-riding, fishing, water sports, or just walking through the local olive groves. Further afield, there is the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, or trips to Olympia, site of the original Olympic Games, and even Athens.

Our stay at Villa Dora was amazing! When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager and she explained everything we may need to know within our stay. The Villa itself was stunning with three spacious bedrooms each with its own en-suite and the outdoor living area with a pool, just to note this is a very deep pool so wouldn’t recommend if travelling with children, and great ocean views. Highly recommend to have a car as the nearest town and restaurants aren’t in walking distance. Overall we had a lovely time here!

Great villa, perfect for it family of 5. Very clean with a great pool. The pool is very deep, which we like. The villa has lovely sea views and the location is about 5 mins by car to Tsilivi. We would love to stay again.

We are a couple with 2 boys aged 16 and 13. We stayed here for 1 week July 22nd-29th. Property is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Pool is a decent size for swimming and splashing around in, the shallow end is still quite deep so not so suitable for little ones. The view is spectacular and there is plenty of outdoor seating areas, some of which are well shaded. The house is very clean and airy and well kitted out, the kitchen is well stocked, 2 hairdryers are kept in the cupboard next to the washing machine, in there, there are also extra towels for swimming. Although no one comes on holiday to do laundry it was good to be able to freshen up the towels and swimwear, things dry so quickly here! We didn’t want for anything. The WiFi is good. All rooms have air conditioning. There was good communication from the letting team, instructions for finding and accessing the property were really clear. We had no major issues staying here. Any queries were responded to very promptly, and they were proactive in making sure our stay was without issue. The property is well located for a relaxing holiday but you do need a hire car when staying here. With a hire car it is very easy to access Tsilivi and surrounding areas. There is a water park in Tsillivi and another just 15mins drive away - Zante water village. There is good space for parking.We had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend this property and the area for a holiday.
