The location was great, house was great and more than enough room for everyone. Waterpark and pool were great and well kept
The check in process was not easy. Staff was not helpful and wouldn’t honor my booking price. They charged and extra $500 for the stay with no explanation. When asked why they wouldn’t honor my booking price, they just shrugged their shoulders and said “that’s the way they do things and that’s just the way it is” they told me to either pay the $500 extra or they would cancel the stay

We loved the house, it was perfect for a family of 10. The house was very clean. The extra amenities were fantastic; there was a skee-ball machine, basketball game machine, pool table upstairs, with a huge washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom had a their own bathroom which was very convenient and helpful with getting out of the house in the morning.
The greatest drawback and disappointment with the home is the ineffective WiFi, several of us had to work during the day and the WiFi would not stay up, it would shut down after just 10 minutes and the connection was unreliable. Two different technicians tried to fix it throughout the day unsuccessfully, they were only allow to reset the modem and router.
Additionally, the hot tub never got hot enough to go into. My family needed it after "Run Disney"
Finally, when booking the house on Booking.com, the original description stated that there were 6 bedrooms with 4 King beds, 1 Queen and a room with two twin beds. When we arrived, there was only 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds and one room with two twin beds.
This still worked for the family, but the original description was incorrectly posted on the website.

we enjoyed the house very much it had almost everything you needed
that you have to pay to heat your pool and hot tub , for the price of the property it should be included. I didn’t like it didn’t have a Broom to sweep up after the kids in kitchen nor did they have a vacuum to clean up after kids and that it didn’t have any pizza pans for us to make the kids and family pizza
