We thought that this was a pretty nice resort to stay at. The house was very spacious and had many things for families to use. The resort also had some nice amenities and facilities for the entire family. Loved the pool in the backyard. Also, every bedroom had a TV in it. Sarai Torres was amazing and very helpful. Great customer service and definitely shows that she cares and was patient with me.
Some things that we were disappointed about were was the cleaning team could've been more thorough with the cleaning of the house. Could've used more spare blankets in the home. Dont understand why guest are required to pay extra for heating the pool when you already know that it is cold outside. Many broken things that need attention in the home as well. Why are you charging customers extra for trash that is placed in the trash can but, not bagged.
