LE BANDITE Country & Relax
The house,near the city of Todi,is in a very charming situation: you can enjoy the beauties of surrounding land and hills. Privacy and relax are assured.
The property is a double storey building (ground and first floor) with a loft. All around there’s a 1600 square metre garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, gazebo and a patio where you can find a 6 seats Jacuzzi style swimming pool (3 kinds of hydro massage), tables for breakfast.
The inside of the house is so composed: ground floor with 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with fireplace and Tv, fully equipped kitchen.
First floor 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, libray and finally a loft with gym coner and pool table.
Everything is at our guests's disposal.

For two families with four children, this was a truly spacious accommodation. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the swimming pool during the hot summer days. This was also due to the really nice hosts. They live next door and are always helpful, but at the same time, they are never intrusive and allow their guests to enjoy their vacation in peace.

Great place to stay with the family we went with my brother and his family also there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Great communication from Nicoletta and she was very helpful throughout the booking and put stay. Felt like we were far away from everything but there is a village 5 minutes down the road and a beautiful town 30minutes away. You will need a car to stay here but it's well worth it.

We stayed for 11 days, a family of 12 from Iceland. We really enjoyed the stay. The house was nice, had plenty of space and had everything that we needed. We used the swimming pool a lot and it is really child safe. Nicoletta and Stefan were very helpful in pointing out interesting places in the neighborhood, for example Todi, Spoleto and Narni which are beautiful places. Overall, we really enjoyed staying there and fully recommended it.

The villa has plenty of room and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is lots of outside space and a great pool. Nicoletta and her family live next door so are on hand if you need them. I would recommend this villa.

You will find Le Bandite down a long unmade track . The large rustic house has fabulous views & lovely salt water swimming pool . Nicolette & her family live next to the House, but in no way did this effect our privacy. A party of 8 had plenty of room, large bedrooms and there were plenty of bathrooms Nicolette was delightful always there to help with any queries restaurant bookings & general info . Good small bar & a adjoining shop can be found 5 minutes drive . Great holiday enjoyed by all. We would have no hesitation to go back to this lovely house.

La casa è ben arredata con ampi spazi ed è dotata di tutto l’indispensabile, dal sito sembra un bel casale ma dal vivo è ancora più bella!! La piscina è stupenda e ne abbiamo approfittato l’ultimo giorno della permanenza, a causa del tempo instabile dei giorni prima. Eravamo un gruppo di amici in 5 coppie e siamo stati tutti benissimo, approfittando degli spazi esterni, spazi comuni interni, biliardo compreso. La posizione è ottima per visitare i dintorni. Si accede tramite una strada sterrata ma con city car ed un po’ di attenzione non è nulla di preoccupante. Il vero plus della vacanza è stata poi la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Nicoletta, una persona speciale che ringraziamo moltissimo!!

Proprietari gentilissimi, simpatici e disponibilissimi. Per noi che veniamo da vacanze All Inclusive era importante sentirci sicuri, e non ci è mancato nulla. Casale immerso nel verde della campagna umbra, curato in tanti particolari(considerata la vicinanza alla campagna non credo si possa chiedere di più) ... Piscina e giardino Top... Casale grande, accogliente e comodissimo... 2 famiglie con bambini piccoli, non potevamo chiedere di meglio... Divertimento, riposo e sicurezza. Grazie davvero! A presto Sergio

Posto unico, dal panorama mozzafiato alla qualità degli ambienti della villa. Ricorderemo il silenzio e il senso di pace provato al risveglio in una delle fantastiche camere che si affacciano sulla piscina. Cudne położenie w dolinie między polami. Bardzo wygodny dom. Na piętrze trzy sypialnie z łazienkami, na parterze dwie sypialnie z jedną łazienką. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Czysty, zadbany basen. Do dyspozycji teren wokół domu, leżaki, stoły i krzesła na dworze. Uczynni, otwarci właściciele. Jedynym minusem jest dojazd do posesji, trochę off-road.

Beautiful house, peaceful surroundings and amazing hosts

My family and I spent 10 days in Le Bandite in late July. The house was beautiful with wonderful outdoor spots for the family to enjoy each others company, even if you want to have fun at the pool or relax in the shadow. Nicoletta and Stefano were wonderful hosts and helped us navigate in the neighbourhood and gave us the full "Umbrian" experience. Still, they gave us privacy. Near the house are there two nice villages with opportunities for shopping, eating out, small market and drinking. Even though the house is isolated in peaceful surroundings you can feel the Italian vibe going on. We will definitely come back any time. Ciao

Hi, We were a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and spent 2 weeks during the second half of July 2015 in the "LE BANDITE COUNTRY&RELAX" and it was fantastic! The place is a little away from the highways and national routes, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The last 400 meters of road are pretty rough, but the owners offer to assist with their vehicule if yours is too heavy (low suspension). Nicoletta and her husband are very friendly and available but at the same time they leave you with your space and are not intrusive at all. We had very nice weather during our stay and intensively used the swimming pool every day. There were 4 kids aged 7 to 13 and the configuration of the pool was perfect and very safe for them. The house is surrounded by fields of sunflower (like on the picture) and by small groves filled with hare and partridge, nice wilderness. The house is huge and every room has à private bathroom, lots of space everywhere. The area is looking like a postcard and there is so much to do under an hour car drive to fill a month holiday. Perugia, Assisi, Terni, Todi and lots of small villages are fantastic places to visit. The center of Rome is 1h15 min away. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the place. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ,un grand bol d'air dans un cadre exceptionnel!Nicoletta et Stefano nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et sont soucieux de notre confort,ils entretiennent les lieux tres discretement ,le linge et renouvellé pour les longs sejours.La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter cette belle région:Amelia,Todi,Assise,les cascades de Marmore....et Rome.Un grand MERCI.

"Il posto è incantevole, ottima idea per ricaricare le energie e per scoprire le bellezze della natura e del circondario ricco di vivaci borghi storici da visitare. La nostra stanza (blu) era accogliente, calda, pulita, luminosa e arredata con gusto ed eleganza,con splendida vista sul bosco. Il bagno era spazioso ed originale, dotato anche di vasca idromasssaggio per completare il relax. La casa ha anche una cucina comoda e completa di tutti gli accessori. I proprietari Nicoletta e Stefano ci hanno accolto con simpatia e generosità, persone giovani piene di allegria e senso dell'ospitalità...un peccato dover ripartire!!! Torneremo in primavera per lasciarci avvolgere dai molteplici colori e...per sperimentare anche la nuova piscina."
