Francesco has created a paradise on his grandfather’s farm. Everything looks exactly like the photos and smells wonderful surrender by nature and olives trees. There were bees and butterflies fluttering all over the farm. Each morning we had an incredible breakfast with excellent pastries, jams, scrambled eggs with olive oil, beautiful fruit and coffee. The pool has a glorious view of the majestic hilltop town of Narni. You can float in the pool and stare out over the valley up to the Rocca and the city of Narni on the hilltop. Everywhere we looked there were fish cut flowers and lavender in tiny little vases on tables all over the property. On a two week trip in Umbria, this place hold s special spot on my heart with true relaxation but amazing driving access to waterfalls, Orvieto, Assisi, lakes, wine tasting, it all seems to be just a beautiful 1 hour drive in any direction. We arrived by rental car from Rome and it was a smooth 1.5 hour drive on the A1. Narni itself is a stunning medieval hilltop town with plenty of amazing sites and excellent dinning options at night. Francesco has great reommindatrions and can point you in the right direction. He gave us a tip to check out several medieval hilltop towns and we loved them all! There is something about this place that also attracts the best travelers. Everyone were met at breakfast each day was wonderful. We met kind couples from all over Europe.

Hard to think of anything other than we stayed during a heatwave and if out at the pool there is not a lot you can do to hide from the mid day sun. There are shaded areas but not a total covered areas to take a break from the sun.

Wunderschönes Anwesen, friedlich und ruhig an einem Hang mit Blick auf Narni gelegen. Sehr geschmackvolles und durchdachtes Design, einen einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Francesco und sein Team sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei ihnen sehr genossen. Große Empfehlung!

De locatie was echt super! En in de omgeving kom je echt tot rust, de ligging was ook perfect. Ook vonden wij de gastheer heel erg aardig en gastvrij. Het pand zag er goed verzorgd uit en was heel netjes bijgehouden. Kamers waren ook heel erg schoon en netjes.

Lovely location with beautiful, peaceful surroundings! The property itself is really nicely decorated with high standard. Francesco was also a fantastic host, really friendly, helpful and accessible at all times! Better host you could not find! Easy to get around with a car to some lovely sights and villages, and there is much to explore in the area, medieval villages and towns, with a lot of history. Pool area and breakfast was also great, and the views of the grounds were spectacular! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay!

There was nothing we did not like, but if we were to give some slight improvements to consider, it would be to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, especially when you stay for a number of days. Also the fridge was not very cold, so not very efficient to keep things like water and other drinks cool. Potentially also some more comfortable pillows in the bed, as these were a bit odd and hard. But again, nothing that should stop anyone from visiting the B&B! happy come again!
