The Casa SaMata is located on a 15. 000 m² and landscaped grounds on the Finca Son Catiu and has a floor space of approximately 60 m², consisting of 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. The kitchen, which can be accessed from the outside, is equipped with everything necessary for daily needs. The "dining room" is located directly in front of a covered cozy porch with a dining table and benches.
Around the house there are large lawns and slightly raised the small square pool, which is easily accessible via a staircase. Open and covered terraces invite you to relax.
There is also a gas grill and an outdoor shower. On the side of the house facing the pool, there is another outdoor dining area consisting of table and benches. Other features: fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, u. V. M. Here it has been possible to create a cozy and at the same time practical holiday home through a tasteful, very harmoniously designed interior.

Wir haben diesen Sommer, trotz der widrigen Corona- Umstände, einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf dieser kleinen Finca vollbracht. Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Mieter, die Übergabe der Schlüssel, das ländlich gelegene Häuschen, der kleine Pool für eine kurze Abkühlung, die ruhige Lage, der Tennisplatz, der für ein wenig Abwechslung sorgt usw.- alles so, wie man es sich für einen Sommerurlaub wünscht! Einzig und allein, die fehlende Klimaanlage gibt einen Minuspunkt. Die Nächte im Juli waren wirklich drückend heiss und für uns „Deutsche“ wirklich kaum auszuhalten. Da half auch der Ventilator im Zimmer nicht, um erholsam die Nacht durchzuschlafen. Kurz um, sollte eine Klimaanlage eingebaut werden, folgt sofort unsere Buchung für nächstes Jahr! Bis dahin verbleiben wir aber mit freundlichen Grüssen, bleiben sie alle gesund und viell. Bis nächstes Jahr... Familie Lühr
