A superb property and host who has clearly done the research for what makes a home from home experience.

The property was in a lovely quiet location and provided a perfect level of privacy. We stayed in the Garden Shed and can honestly say that it was the best self catering property we have rented to date. The property had everything and more, to ensure that visitors would experience a feeling of being home from home. So much attention to detail and full support if required. It was very clean and extremely cosy and warm. We can highly recommend a visit.

Peaceful, comfortable stay with all modern conveniences.

Keys were easily accessible at check in. The surrounding property is gorgeous and the accommodations exceeded our expectations! Hosts had thought of everything. Very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Very relaxing stay for 3 nights and would happily have stayed longer!

Our personal preference is a firmer mattress but having said that we were comfortable and slept well!

The property offers incredible accommodation with amazing views

Breakfast N.A. The property was exactly as stated, it was beautifully presented with personal touches; a real home from home. Their thoughtfulness was lovely; a small welcome pack, salt, pepper and vinegar, along with the usual tea and coffee. That may not seem much, but in 30 years of self catering, it's the first time anyone has left condiments. The bungalow had the most amazing views and offered a haven of peace

A very enjoyable week in a very pleasant location. Handy for the nearby town and countryside.

The location was suited to our intended activity a walking holiday. The property is located on a secluded plot which is part of a larger former nursery. The accommodation affords a good deal of privacy for residents and is away from any main road or other buildings.

The property fully met our expectations so there was nothing not to like about it.

All we could have wanted, and extremely affordable.

All you could possibly want at this extremely keen price. Everything is provided, from quality towels right down to cotton buds! The garden shed is hedged on three sides, affording excellent privacy. Perfect host. Courteous and helpful, and careful not to be intrusive. Can't say the same about Frank the dog, who knows no boundaries (provided you encourage him - which we did). Nicely decorated, with strong gardening theme, as reflected in all the books. Go ahead and book it. You wont be disappointed.

I liked that there was coffee at the property, basic things like salt & and peper, even shampoo things you can accidentally forget or just not think to bring. The little touches that have been made to make it feel like a home. The Welsh cakes were a nice touch to. There was a folder with information in which ment I didn't have to keep bothering the host

Absolutely outstanding place! The owners were lovely and friendly, and we particularly loved Frank the dogs visits 😀. The Garden room was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked regards equipment etc. The pictures you see online is EXACTLY what you get. That's rare in itself! The little touches were bloody lovely and very thoughtful; from the welcome message on the chalkboard and complementary Welsh cakes, to the condiments, cleaning products, loo roll and bathroom products, and quirky books, all made our stay exceptional. It was a very homely and peaceful place to stay, with beautiful countryside surroundings to boot. The bed!.... OMG THE BED! By far, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, and we've stayed in a LOT of places all around the world. Da iawn 👌. The grounds were beautiful too, with well manicured and maintained gardens, and beautiful flowers. We would highly recommend staying here, and we most certainly will be back over and over again. The welcome book is very very informative, and we loved the witty humour throughout. Clearly, the owners take pride in their little slice of heaven, and want their guests to feel comfortable and at home. What a gem!

If I had to be super picky, then a whisk in the kitchen would be great. The bathroom door doesn't fully latch shut either, nor the bedroom door. This is more than likely due to being a wooden construction building, and wood tends to swell and contract etc. Not much can be done about it 🤷‍♀️, and it's certainly not a deal breaker. You can hear the sound of traffic from the nearby carriageway, however the sound of bird song drowns it all out. Like, you're aware there is a main road, but it doesn't spoil your stay. But hey, who cares when you're staying at such a wonderful place.

Relaxing and comfortable

The location is beautiful and the shed itself was spotless upon our arrival and had everything we needed. Lorraine was very helpful with check in and being flexible around our check out time. There is a folder with everything you could need and a number to message should there be anything extra. There are also lots of recommendations for activities to do around the area and leaflets detailing these. Good selection of books for any avid readers. A lovely place to spend the evening and would definitely recommend

Very nice little cabin,had lots of activities etc already in there and had tea coffee etc which was a really nice touch! Bed was slightly uncomfortable but that’s just personal preference. Was slightly out the way but was great to get to everything as we had a car

It’s rare to find a beautiful place

We had a fantastic stay , we absolutely loved the garden shed , for us it had the wow factor as soon as we entered through the door. All the little touches were so lovely. Fresh flowers, Welsh cakes and beverages. We really are planning on returning. We wanted for nothing. And it was spotlessly clean. Also the walk through the woodland was amazing.the garden shed has a beautiful garden at the front and is very private . It’s a holiday we will never forget. So thank you for making our stay so special.

A lovely well thought out cottage

Lovely comfortable cottage with everything you would need for a relaxing week away from the hussle and bussle.

I know it's a personal thing but I did find the bed extremely soft. I did however sleep well while there so it was not uncomfortable. We like locations which are more located in rural areas so this cottage fitted the bill. However, it is a case of it being not far away from most things but not close to any. You need to drive to get anywhere, there are no local walks or pubs etc... It is fine but just something to bear in mind

We come to Carmarthen to visit a disabled relative and she was able to come for dinner.

self catering facilities were great, tea, coffee, condiments and welsh cakes were provided which was an unexpected and welcome touch. The location was very peaceful, Lorraine was very responsive when needed. My disabled mother was able to visit because it's wheelchair friendly.
