Beachside is a two bedroom chalet that is located just a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the small village of Llansteffan.. 2 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, French Doors Leading To Covered Patio Area
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden. This property is accessed by a rough, uneven track. There is an unfenced estuary 50 yards away, so children must be supervised at all times..
