Bont Cottage Stay

The bathroom was large with a nice bath and good shower Comfy lounge and good size bedrooms Great size fridge freezer

No hand-wash or washing up liquid The fire - the reason we booked it - was broken so couldn't be used The outdoor stairs are lethal - there are mats but they aren't attached and they slipped off when walking on them The bathroom floor mats are mouldy Nasty road to pull out onto although obviously not their fault Garden not at all enclosed which I assumed being dog friendly it would be

Nice quiet location and practical for our dog.

Saw a weasel outside the kitchen window. Easy access with side porch to sort out dog. Really good shower

Some hand wash and washing up liquid in the kitchen would have been helpful.

Beds comfortable

Stairs are an accident waiting to happen, suicidal. Needs a lick of paint , especially outside, and surrounding areas Notes left, saying stripe the beds after use ?

Cottage in Kilwelly

Beautiful cottage with lovely seating area (weather permitting) We loved the terrace from the main bedroom it would have been nice to sit there had the weather been better Cottage was lovely and clean and the log burner was great as the weather wasn't kind to us for our weekend away so it was nice to be able to use it Had everything you need for a comfortable stay Hosts left some Welsh cakes and a vase of flowers which was nice

Only a couple of little niggles pillows and cushions could do with replacing as they were very flat also batteries in TV controls and torch needs replacing Although there were logs there weren't any fire lighters or matches to light the fire with Nowhere to walk dog as the cottage is just off a very busy road The details state washing machine and tumble dryer actually it's a washing machine and dishwasher Also it asks you to notify owners of arrival time so they can send you key code instructions there was no key code back door was left open which we found out on arrival as hadn't been notified of this although we sent a message but hadn't had a response These little things are just to explain why we didn't score a 10 and wouldn't stop us recommending it to other family and friends

Great cottage. Would recommend it to anyone. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the areas.

The size of the property was perfect for me and my work mate. We had a big double fridge to keep food in and a massive kitchen to cook food every night. The bedrooms were a great size too. The bathroom was large too with a great walk in shower. We loved the place hence we stayed there for 6 or 7 weeks while we were working in the area.

Maybe the bathroom been down stairs perhaps, but it wasn’t a big deal.

It's was a lovely cosy clean cottage well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay the owners are very lovely polite and friendly and there if you ever need anything would highly recommend staying here
