A great cottage in a lovely town where the people are really friendly and you are close to the beach
This house is absolutely lovely and has everything you need for a stay. The facilities are very comprehensive, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is lovely. The shower is wonderful and very powerful. The beds are comfy and the living room is cosy. The main bed was really comfortable and everything was so clean. Great off road secure parking at the back which was very helpful. Garden looked lovely, didn't bring my dog this time. Washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, a tea towel and a scourer supplied, really handy.
I agree with others that the road noise could be an issue but I read the reviews and brought ear plugs with me! Having a downstairs toilet was a bit frustrating but there are torches supplied outside the bedrooms upstairs and a useful light in the hall which helped in the middle of the night. Leave a light on in the room where the boiler is, it will help guide you. Asked to clear the rubbish at the end of my stay, sorted into the correct recycling bins inside. I do sort recycling at home so was happy to do this but have never been asked to empty the bins to an external bin following a cottage stay, it was pouring, I got wet!

Loved cottage and Burry Port
Very busy road - did disturb sleep. Perhaps a toilet and sink could be added upstairs in smaller front room.

Excellent clean and well equipped house
The house was much bigger than the photos and description made out. They don't do it justice. There were two large bedrooms plus a box room, which we used for our baby. Downstairs there was a large kitchen, lounge plus and extra reception with a very decent sofa bed. The parking was huge and had a gate which we thought was excellent. The hosts provided all the basis we needed for the weekend including tea, coffee, fresh milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent.
The road was noisy as per other reviews we had read, however we were with 4 kids so we were up early anyway.

House and garden beautifully spacious and clean
TRAFFIC!!!!! stayed in Pencoed Rd many times but never at the end next to the main Rd.
