Spacious and comfortable apartment with good location BETWEEN Chamonix and Les Houches. Bus right outside and just a km to the train station.
Would have appreciated better beds and a TV. Cheap and basic amenities like shower gel, pepper, and a couple of cold beers in the fridge would have lifted the totality with little effort.

Location of the apartment is excellent - easy access to Chamonix (about 2.5 km) and Midi tram (5 minute drive). Grocery store is also about 5 minute drive. We were four adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. Amazing view from patio. Parking immediately at apartment. Spacious shower (not a bathtub with shower).
Rather than meeting a person to receive and return keys, it would be more efficient to have lockbox (if possible). When we arrived, the weather was quite warm so apartment was also warm - we opened windows at night but then you hear road traffic and occasional train. Trash / recycling about 100 m down the street. It would be nice if coffee was provided, at least enough for the first day.

I recommend getting a bus pass first thing at the Chamonix Sud station. The property manager provides a free train pass that also gives you a discount for the bus pass. Everything is available by bus. Grocery stores are close but it is recommended you take the bus. The apartment itself was bigger than most. Huge kitchen with everything including a washer. Drying racks are available. Very comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Lots of hot water and good pressure. I found the Wi-Fi fine, could stream movies and communicate just fine. There is a walking path both
To Les Houches on the north side of the train tracks and another to Chamonix on the south side of the main road. Easy 40 minute walk (or 10 minute ride on the bus) to Chamonix. Check in was easy, Stephanie stayed in contact to make sure she was there to show you around and give you the keys. I can’t wait to go back and will definitely rent this apartment again! Thanks!

We had a great time in Chamonix . Apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive .
Apartment is very close to centre of the village and only 6 minutes away from nearest ski resorts -Le Brevent.

Very friendly owner and management company who is responsive to all messages. The apartment is in a great location, only 5-10 minutes from the center of Chamonix. The ski bus drives right by the property. The bathroom is newly updated and really nice. The shower was amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more.
No television or monitor as pictured. Parking is awkward in a lower driveway and the spot assigned to this apartment is hard to pull into and out of and gets really muddy. We found it took a person outside of the vehicle to help the driver navigate the awkward angles to park. The apartment could use more lights in the living room & more mirrors to get ready. Keys were not on-site upon our arrival and the door was left unlocked. We had to wait for a while for the agent to bring us the keys before we could leave the apartment for dinner-an inconvenience, but didn't ruin our stay. Also, we were asked to allow for a real estate showing of the property during our stay. I've never been asked that before and it was a little uncomfortable to leave our things around the place during a tour of the place, but we agreed. All in all, I'd recommend the apartment but believe it could be improved with a few easy fixes.

The apartment design was good. It has a great kitchen and bathroom with all your needed accessories. Balcony has a nice mountain view. There was a garden view but it was private.
Visible areas and the bathroom were clean. The apartment had some dust floating around after airing. There are no walking distance supermarkets. The bus connection was every half hour. Bus stops going to Chamonix is 2 minutes, and coming back from Chamonix is 4 minutes walking distance. The heating was automated, and each heater had a degree on it, showing degrees ranging between 18.5-20 C. We needed to have blankets on us sitting on the couch all the time. Landlord told us not to touch the heating. This unfortunately did not match our expectation of comfort for such a vacation. The Internet wasn't great, with 5 Mits download and less than 1 Mbit upload speeds.

Lovely apartment, spacious entertainment area, great views, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Although not in the centre of Chamonix, it was conveniently located (Les Bossons station is basically next door), bus stop down the road or an easy walk into Chamonix. And very competitively priced.
Parking area was a bit small, but we managed.

It is a very nice and large flat with a great kitchen that we really liked. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this flat.
Julie speaks very good English and is always helpful. The town of Chamonix is also lovely and offers easy access to Italy and Switzerland.

Apartment is clean and cosy.
On arrival, the owner asked to take the picture of my credit card. Both sides. Including security code. It was strange request. And Im sure its not legal. They insisted and didn't leave me a chance.
On leaving I was told to wash all tableware, put it on its places, remove linens and put in special place. It was my first time when I had to clean the apartment after stay. So, I pay for cleaning and do it by myself.

Internet works well for zoom calls, email, Netflix and browsing. Great 4G reception. We worked from here comfortably.
Recommend having a car if you stay here.

Große, gut geschnittene Wohnung. Die Küche ist, wie auf den Bildern bei booking zu sehen, sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem war alles zum Spülen da (Spültabs, Spülmittel etc., sogar eco). Als vierköpfige Familie hatten wir hier viel Platz. Ein Stellplatz direkt am Haus (allerdings ist die Zufahrt ziemlich eng und der Stellplatz nicht asphaltiert) ist vorhanden, ebenso ein Balkon mit Bank und Tisch. Herrliche Berge direkt vorm Haus. Stéphanie, die Wohnungsverwalterin, war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr gut mit uns im Kontakt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig.
Es gab leider ein paar Wehwehchen, die das Gefühl vermittelten, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Ein bisschen so, als würde die gute Fee des Hauses fehlen. Als wir zum ersten Mal in die Wohnung kamen, war die Wohnung auf Anhieb sauber. Die Oberfläche der Küche war aber noch verschmutzt, die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, einige Schränke noch mit vielen Essensresten, z.B. seit 2022 abgelaufenen Suppentüten, Ölresten, diversen klebrigen Tütchen - ziemlich widerlich. Wir haben zunächst einmal die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt und die Küche sauber gemacht. Komischerweise wird Wert darauf gelegt, dass man Check in ab 16 Uhr und Check out spätestens um 10 Uhr macht. Völlig ok!!! Aber auch genügend Zeit (auch für die Küche) sauber zu machen. Ein Klopapier wäre auch gastfreundlich gewesen - einfach für das Wohlgefühl - man konnte sehen, dass der mini Rest noch von den Vorgängern da war. Die Heizung ist, wie in einigen anderen Bewertungen bereits dargestellt, ein schwieriges Thema: man kann/darf sie nicht selbst regulieren, sondern schreibt Stéphanie, Stéphanie schreibt an den Besitzer, der Besitzer dreht selbst höher oder runter. Dieses Dreieck ist leider suboptimal, denn wie soll der Besitzer entscheiden, ob wir uns wohlfühlen, wenn er nicht selbst mit uns kommuniziert? Wir haben 2x um eine Änderung gebeten, für den Moment war es ok, aber es war zu doof jeden Tag danach zu fragen - so war es nachts viel zu heiß im Schlafzimmer, nachts mussten wir viel trinken und lüften - kein guter Schlaf :(. Morgens war die Wohnung zu kalt. Für unseren Geschmack waren einige Regale noch zu voll - man will selbst seine persönlichen Sachen irgendwo reinstellen. Wir haben uns mit all den Dingen arrangiert, aber das Herz der Wohnung war einfach nicht zu spüren.

Temperature un peu trop basse les premiers jours, ça s'est arrangé grace à l'intervention de nos hôtes, mais un peu difficile de se sentir à l'aise au départ.
