For two older people wanting a quieter neighborhood and less activity on the beach, this was a good choice. If you want a wide soft sand beach this is not for you. The view from the balcony can't be beat any time of day and especially sunset. We walked up and down the beach every day.
I bought a coffee cup for myself as there are only 3 or 4 small ones in the kitchen. The skillet was the cheapest I have ever used. The upside is you can figure out how to make things work. Great ice maker in refrigerator.

The apartment was fine, the building was definitely not renter friendly. Our car was blocked in by a claimed resident, handwritten notes from "The Board" appeared in the elevator and hallway, a man seemed to be living out of the garage, you needed a key to activiate the outdoor shower. A resident said he wished the others would quit prostituting their units, dogs were on the beach and the building, parking lot flooded. A myriad of issues with no way to address them. Not worth it.
