The Raspberry Garden Luxury Hotel & Suites

Raspberry Gardens is a hidden gem in Rexburg. It’s the best value in town. We stay there every time we visit and it gets better each time. The staff is helpful and friendly, they keep upgrading the rooms, and it’s quiet for being in a college town. You won’t regret staying here.

I would like to have outlets closer to the bedside tables.

Location, price, communication, size of apartment

Beds are at least 3 ft tall - not accessible to anyone with mobility issues / older people / short people. While the apartment was for sure clean, housecleaning missed a lot of details: dirty socks in the couch cushions, smudges on the fridge and dishwasher, dirty bed skirt, crumbs on a bedside table. Bedside tables are too large for the room so they are turned towards the bed, making it pretty much impossible to use them 😂 Garbage disposal was broken. There is no cable TV. Supposedly, there is ROKU and guests can use their own account to watch whatever platforms they have. Unfortunately, their ROKU was not connected, and even though they tried and even sent someone over, nobody was able to fix it.

Everything was wonderful the property is beautiful and it is in a great location. I love the check in check out process. 10/10 recommend!

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The suite we were assigned to was not the suite that was pictured in my reservation. The reservation photos show a huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads, which was not the suite we were assigned to. The photos and description of our suite showed a secondary bathroom with a tub but our suite did not have a tub or secondary bathroom. The photos and description of our reservation showed a basket of snacks on the counter in the kitchen but there was no basket in our suite. The air conditioning does not blow into the bedrooms. There is no air register in the actual rooms where you sleep. It was very hot and we had to sleep with bedroom doors open to allow the air from the main room of the suite into the bedrooms.This was uncomfortable and awkward as I was traveling with a co-worker.
