We had a nice room but the shower handle looked like one that would turn. However, it had to be pulled out. So we didn't think the water was turned on for the shower.
It would have been nice to have a sign or for the front desk to say something.
We found out after applying other options.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great for BYUI. Pool was not working but the front desk was friendly and helpful.
