About this farm stay rental
Two regions merge into one world in the panorama that from here it is enjoyed and the two houses, called Canipaia and Roggio in memory of an ancient language used by local farmers, have been restored in the most rigorous respect of local materials and traditions.
The happy geographical location of Castelrotto allows our guests to easily visit historic and beautiful places, moreover, the splendid Baths of San Casciano dei Bagni will allow them to enjoy their wellbeing. Good food and excellent wines will delight your stay here.
Placed harmoniously among olive groves and vineyards, the Castelrotto Farmhouse combines the Tuscan tradition with modern comforts. Dating back to the seventeenth century in its oldest part, Castelrotto was owned by the Church until 1860, when it was acquired by the family to become a farmhouse until the '60s. Here passed the ancient "Roman road", an alternative to the most comfortable but unsanitary streets of the valley floor, for which the marbles reached the factory of the Cathedral of Orvieto.

Al Roggio is accessed by a wide staircase, the house is on one level and has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one ensuite, a bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large, pleasant living room with fireplace and outside, in the large garden, its own reserved space. The garden as a whole is about 5000 square meters.

Mid-week cleaning on Wednesdays (2 hours)
For stays of two or more weeks, linen change and house cleaning on Saturdays
