About this villa rental
This pet-friendly, Umbrian stone farmhouse comfortably sleeps 10 people and features a large, private pool with 6 sun loungers. The peaceful property is situated a short distance from the pretty, hilltop town of Allerona. It enjoys an extensive garden, an outside dining area (seating 10), BBQ and a pretty terrace with views over the Umbrian hills. The perfect holiday destination to sit back and relax with family and friends.
Inside, the villa has separate living and dining areas, both furnished with traditional Italian furniture. In the living room guests will find a flat-screen, digital TV, a small sofa, a coffee table and a selection of antique upholstered wooden benches and chairs. The kitchen has every essential appliance including; a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, cooker hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and enjoys an ensuite bathroom

Allerona is immersed in the Beech and Juniper tree-covered hills where the 3 regions of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio meet. The highest point of the town is an old Castellana church which dates all the way back to the twelfth century. The picturesque town is surrounded by medieval walls and has deep agricultural roots. The area is particularly renowned for its cheeses, DOC-authenticated Orvieto wines and lace. Visitors can discover the local gastronomy and crafts every Wednesday when a traditional market takes place.
The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d\'Assisi Airport, 51 miles from the villa. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
