Nice, but fix the wifi would be better

Absolutely beautiful place, very big farm, lots of animals. Very nice room, had everything we needed. Convinently connected to many nice places.

Wifi doesn't work. My phone could be connected briefly, my computer couldn't connect at all. And the phone signal was very low. It was very difficult for me to keep in touch with people during my stay, and as a photographer, I hated it when I couldn't use LR because it couldn't be connected to the cloud. The host was gentle, but I think he knows very well that this problem exists and is unsolved.

Great place in Umbria

Great place with a rural atmosphere and spaces around. Spacious and very comfortable apartments, contain everything you need for a few days in a rural area far from the city. The staff is attentive and very welcoming, Special thanks to Giulia for the attitude and service from the time of booking and throughout the stay.

Perfetto!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful home base for our day trips to Montepulciano and Florence! We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant our first night where the food was fresh and delicious. Our first day we spent entirely on property riding horses with Stella and relaxing by the pool. Overall, a beautiful property and stay!

We loved it all! If we are being picky, for our 21 year old daughter, more consistent WIFI would have been nice and perhaps bug spray provided in the room since there were some small biting insects.

Everything,its just a hidden pearl.Pool area great for everybody,adults,kids.Every room has their own sunbeds so there is no need to toss the towel in the morning🤣🤣Room was beautiful,with the view of garden.Staff very friendly and open.

Stunning holiday

Our stay at Poggiovalle was so much more than we ever could have imagined! Incredible scenerey, facilities with pool, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking and more. The pictures don't do enough justice for this beautiful place, you must visit to see it's true beauty! The location is perfect for visiting beautiful towns nearby. Also, if you want to visit great vineyards, so many are close-by! The staff was so accommodating, helpful and kind. And the restaurant! One of the best restaurants we as a culinarist couple have visited in a long time. We are already planning our next trip to Poggiovalle. An absolute gem of a place in Umbria!

Expansive property with animals enabled a relaxing family holiday

Serene setting on sprawling property with numerous animals allowed the family of five to disengage from our normal life, reconnect with each other, and enjoy the local sights and food. We also were able to book a cooking class and cheese making class on the property with our gracious hosts.

Excellent stay at this beautiful estate!

The whole was extremely beautiful and well taken care of. It is big and it is so nice to just take a stroll around the "tenuta". Every day we got milk, cornetti and bread delivered to our room. Marco was extremely nice and even gave a little "tour" of the animal production site on Sunday to our little kids. They have a nice playground and the pools are excellent. They let us check-out later so the kids could enjoy (this was possible because they did not have guests the next day) and this was extremely appreciated. We would definitely go back!

To be honest, everything was great. There are just some little things that I am sure if we had told Marco they would´ve been taken care of quickly. There was no hairdryer in our apartment or a kettle or a wine bottle opener (we asked at the restaurant and they quickly gave us one!) and just some cobwebs around the room, but after all, we are in the countryside. Nothing that can´t be fixed. We loved the place and just wished we could have stayed longer.

We booked this last minute and are so incredibly glad we found it! It had everything we could want. Great pools, beautiful rooms, horseback riding, free mountain bikes, playground, trails, amazing breakfast, and a delicious a la carte restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and the woman in the lobby speaks perfect English. It was fantastic!

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. They guided us very well in choosing great restaurants in neighbouring villages as well as activities. Not to Mention the facilities here are great, a fantastic Pool with a great view, tennis courts and many others. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour. L’endroit est propre et bien entretenu. Le restaurant est excellent, avec de très bons produits du terroir. La présence des animaux est un vrai plus. une localisation idéale proche des thermes. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel est très attentionné et accueillant. La posizione isolata ma vicino a città della Pieve e ad altre zone. La piscina con i lettini per ogni appartamento. La tenuta in cui si può passeggiare vedere gli animali. Le attività organizzate durante il periodo di ferragosto. L’aria condizionata in ogni stanza, la colazione. Durante il nostro soggiorno è stata fatta anche una disinfestazione. Personale gentile e attento e tante informazioni disponibili

Posizione ottima sia per rilassarsi che come punto di partenza per esplorare. Struttura ineccepibile, pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più!. Personale accogliente, disponibile e solare. Ristorante: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Valutazione 9 solo perché il nostro appartamento non aveva terrazzino o spazio esterno dove poter pranzare, cenare o lavorare. Gli altri alloggi, quasi tutti per la verità, hanno questa possibilità. Soluzione consigliatissima, torneremmo mille volte!

Клопы! И это испортило все впечатление о нашем отпуске!

Территория усадьбы большая и ухоженная, есть бассейн ( к сожалению его оценить нам не удалось, было холодно), хорошая сантехника, отличный ресторан. Также на территории есть животные, ребенку было очень интересно! Есть детская площадка.

Клопы!!!! Первое впечатление в целом было хорошее и мы думали, что оценим это место на 8-9 баллов, не 10 так как сильно смущал сильнейший запах ладана в апартаментах, очень неприятный. Но уже на утро после первой ночи в этом месте, мы поняли в чем подвох и для чего нужен этот запах, ведь он отпугивает клопов. Мы проснулись со следами укусов и с каждой последующей ночью этих укусов становилось намного больше. Это просто ужасно! Нас заселили в эти апартаменты с маленькими детьми (6 месяцев и 5 лет). Матрацы в плохом состоянии, на которых мы обнаружили следы жизнедеятельности клопов! Я редко пишу плохие комментарии, но надеюсь мой отзыв сможет обезопасить другие семьи с детьми! Также я надеюсь что персонал прислушается к нашему отзыву и сменит матрацы на новые. На данный момент, я категорически не рекомендую это место! И да, при выселении, девушка на ресепшен нам сказала, что «нас покусали насекомые на улице». Так вот , укусы клопов сложно перепутать с другими, они слишком специфичны!
