beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.

Beautiful house with a very nice garden. It‘s a little hard to find, but it‘s nice and quiet - so perfect for relaxing. If you have a car you can do day trips to Siena or Firenze.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful farmhouse. We had a problem with the plumbing but the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful and resolved immediately. Pool is small but works a treat and almost every meal taken in the garden which is so great! WiFi great for working and Teams calls. Quiet, safe and really relaxing and great accessibility to Citta della and many other hill towns. Thank you Frederica (and Mr Frederica ) we will be back!

Super house nestled on a hill you access from a gravel road. A perfect place to get some rest while being close to tons of Umbria and Tuscany iconic towns to visit. The house has all the amenities you could need with a charming local touch. The host was super welcoming and available for any question we'd had.
