Room 4 excellent, spacious room with large bathroom and dressing area. Well decorated and Spotlessly clean.
Although plenty of choice at breakfast it would be nice to have fresh bread and pastries. I appreciate that may lead to waste as guests are unpredictable in their choices so can understand why you stick to sliced bread and long life products.

Easy to find , self check in , convenient for our stay . Did have an ac unit 🌞
Parking was very tight - was worried I had blocked other guests in - had to park almost in a hedge - just 4 spaces . Didn’t really get to meet the owner so can’t comment on friendliness. Whilst the room was advertised as small it was too small for a couple as getting out of the bed without walking into a wardrobe was a challenge ! Probably should have been a single room .

Breakfast was good but a little difficult to find everything. Staff was helpful in solving the couple of issues in the room.
The size of the room was too small. The beach was not as close to the guest house is indicated online.

Good location for where we wanted to be
We had been ‘upgraded’ to a mini suite at no extra cost - however, the room was cold - there was a thermostat for underfloor heating which didn’t work - the heating was off when we came home from our night out (about 11ish) - we had no control over the temperature
