Good location - clean but cold and no means of controlling the heating
Good location for where we wanted to be
We had been ‘upgraded’ to a mini suite at no extra cost - however, the room was cold - there was a thermostat for underfloor heating which didn’t work - the heating was off when we came home from our night out (about 11ish) - we had no control over the temperature

Communication was great on how to check-in, the room was really clean and in a great location. The chocolate chip cookies were a lovely touch!
The only (very small) piece of feedback would be that the shower temperature was a little temperamental

The Tesmo Coffee machine in the Room - Never experienced that before!
If a Microwave could've been in the Room then I would've never Left! Bravo 👏
