Beautifully appointed apartment with all the amenities which make the B&B experience what it should be: comfortable and being able to enjoy a simple breakfast or other cooked meal if needed, as it had a well furnished kitchen. the bed was very comfortable and provided us with good sleep. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and has a wonderful view all around. Our hostess Denise was very friendly and kind and helped make us feel at home. Overall we had a wonderful stay and recommend this property for all the above mentioned amenities. the lift to the top floor was a wonderful bonus as well

House manual needs updates (no clear instructions for restaurants nearby or for waste separation)

Very clean apartment, deco, view from apartment, staff helpful in providing information on calling taxi and where to spend a day when onecof our day trips was csncelled

Was not told about need for ID document and city tax until a few days in advance and after we have booked the hotel for a few weeks, and while I was in transit during my vacation and had limited internet access. We were not given access information, because of the above situation. We randomly approached neighbors and got neighbor Olivia's help to contact hotel to give her information to open the door. Lots of red spiders and mosquitos but no proper tool like other hotels for dealing with the issue. We cannot sleep properly due to mosquitoes biting us, and we got bite marks all over our body. Told staff about the following nreed and got no response: Not enough towels, toilet papers for the week for 2 people..No shampoo, conditioner, paper napkins which are standard supplies in hotels. Eventually bought our own.
