Beautiful waterfront home overlooking the bay and acres of protected wetlands and wildlife. The end-unit townhome features 3 decks, boat dock, parking for 2 vehicles. The unit is 2 blocks from the ocean beach. Art League gallery, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground are a 30-second walk. The gorgeous sunsets every evening over the bay are included without charge.
The prime location in North Ocean City is 5-minute walk to supermarket, great restaurants, shopping and bus stop. For $2 ride the bus all day downtown to Boardwalk or north to Delaware for more shopping, restaurants, and family fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance from everywhere we needed to go and the deck views were serene and relaxing. This getaway was just what my family and i needed and we'll definitely return.

This property was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious.The 3 decks overlooking the canal gave us hours of enjoyment. Everything in the home was amazing! We will certainly be staying here again/
