Affordable, accessible, privacy, own bath, with small kitchen (rice cooker and utensils).

Nothing, everything is reasonable base on the price (only compare to accommodation prices in the Island).

The homestay is located just a 5-10 min short walk to the 'strip' part of General Luna. It's close enough to walk to but far enough away to not hear music/traffic. There's also a supermarket just a 3 minute walk away. The hotel is good value for money in General Luna. The family who own it are also nice. The aircon works very well too.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved and also there was quite a lot of bugs and ants in the room. The light above the sink in the bedroom also had a super low wattage going to it while the switch was off so it glowed in the night so the room wasn't completely dark. The sheet used as the blanket was also worn and stained so could definitely do with a new one. The pillows were different too, so one of us had a firm pillow and other had a super soft pillow so maybe having a matching pair of pillows would help. The kitchen area was okay, but a small fridge would have been a nice touch, or a kettle to accompany the appliances. Apart from these small improvements all in all it's a good value for money stay.

Location - central yet quiet. Owner - Ms. Janeth is very nice and hospitable. She really make sure that guests are enjoying their stay. She also helped us book a home service massage! Kitchen Facilities - glad we were able to cook and prepare our own meals! Room - big enough and aircon is working fine. Would gladly stay here again!! Thank you!

Nothing. But I would like to suggest a grilling area so we can grill or barbecue chicken, fish, pork, etc! :)

Also die Vermieter waren echt 1a. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist für einen Europäer so nicht einzuschätzen. Es ist ein deutlich geringer Standard auf den Philippinen. Das muss man wissen und man muss sich daran gewöhnen.

Ein eher dunkles Zimmer und der Zugang von außen zum Zimmer. Keine Warmwasser dusche. Das ist auch so eine Normalität auf den Philippinen. Ich will meine Unterkunft keineswegs schlecht reden. Es herrscht einfach generell wenn ich geschaut habe ein anderes Preis Leistungsverhältnis als in anderen Ländern.
