About this house rental
Casa Napa is a luxury boutique resort on a sandy beach on a private bay in Tulum, Mexico. The home is brand new and designed with a modern Mexican style. Private beach, two pools and full gym makes this a perfect place for active travelers. There are two eating areas - indoor and outdoor and accommodates 14 guests comfortably. All rooms have private bathrooms and the rooftop pool and bar make it an amazing sunrise and sunset location.
The space is designed with an emphasis on nature. Every room has floor to ceiling windows to be able to see the beautiful Caribbean ocean in the front and the protected mangroves in the back. Natural Tzalam wood finishes and furniture married with natural stone from the region with Italian ceramic tiles allow for a comfortable sophisticated feel while embracing nature that surrounds the home. Art from some of Mexico's most famous painters is displayed on the bottom floor. But despite the beauty inside, this house is about being right on a sandy beach with blue ocean that ranges in temperature from 79-82 degrees year round. Since the bay is protected by a coral reef, snorkeling, swimming and kayaking are some of the best ways to spend time at Casa Napa.

Truly a beach-side paradise! The on-site staff kept everything immaculate! We ha Daveed's Chef service throughout our entire stay and I can't recommend this enough! From poolside massages to wine tastings on property all arranged through the house concierge the whole week was splendid. 2 pools that were always clean and refreshing! I honestly can't recommend this property enough! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic week as a family! We fit in everything we possibly could this week. From snorkeling, exploring Mayan ruins, swimming with whale sharks and swimming in cenotes. The best part was coming home to this fabulous house. The chef and staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The food was spectacular! Thank you! Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful and spacious with a lovely transition from the large covered outdoor space to the private beach. Everything was working well. There is some variability in water pressure throughout the house, but I think it can be expected at a beach property. Importantly, every sink has separate filtered water faucet, so no need for bottled water!
The upper level is a great space with a the separate pool and wonderful views.
The sound system is very easy to use and worked flawlessly with our Spotify. Internet is great everywhere.
The bedrooms are all nice, with comfortable beds. Everyone slept well with A/C in each bedroom. We made a point of turning it off when we were not using the bedrooms.
The gym is very nice and really makes the property inclusive of everything you could want.
Saving the best for last, the owners and the property manager, Virginia are wonderful. Virginia is simply spectacular, ensuring you have access to everything from excellent on site massage to diving / snorkeling cenotes or in the Caribbean. Also, her family has a fabulous restaurant nearby that is not to be missed.
We had personal chef and assistant from Chef Daveed. They were incredibly talented and attentive. We wanted for nothing, and they were omnipresent and polite. Our every food request was met with alacrity and creativity.
The staff at the home (Martine and Lydia) are beautiful people who attend to everything about the property as if it were their own. However, they are almost invisible, until you need anything. It was a rare pleasure to have them watch over us.
