• Rates USD, per night, based on double occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 13 bedrooms, 52, 4 guest occupancy per bedroom (2 Adults + 2 Kids; or 3 Adults + 1 Kid)
• Additional guests over 16 USD175 per guest/per night plus taxes. Children under 24 months have no charge.
• Security Deposit USD1,500. Cash requested upon arrival.
• Day Passes at USD 95 per person per day.
• Events accepted with additional fees. Please enquire directly for a quote.
• All bedrooms can be arranged with one King or two twin beds, plus one single sofa bed and one single trundle bed
• Minimum requirement of 3 nights (12 guests min) – excludes Christmas and NYE.
• For Christmas and New Year, a minimum of 15 guests is required
• Christmas and New Year`s rates are NON-Refundable.
• No Pets

The contracting of external vendors should be notified of the property.

IN-HOUSE CHEF. Our In-house Chef Services are included. For a small wedding, up to 30 guests, you can count on him. He will charge USD 25 for every additional external attendee at dinner.
CATERING
Our specialized Wedding Chef and his team are always willing to create an unforgettable experience for you. He`ll arrange a tailored menu for you, including an Open Bar and service staff.
He´s an external vendor, paid separately.
PHOTOGRAPHY. To capture those unique moments.
DJ & AUDIO. It will be useful for Vows at the altar, speeches, toasts, and dancing!!
DECORATION. Florals, altar, Candles, Bride´s walk.
ENTERTAINMENT. You can include different types of entertainment after dinner when the Party begins!!!

We had a group of 16 guys stay at this property in Akumal and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. They did a fantastic job preparing meals for our large group and clearly understood how to cook for 16 hungry men. The fridge was always stocked, and the supply of Gatorades was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.We coordinated the food and groceries through Antonio, who runs the chef service. He was professional and easy to work with—he purchased all the groceries (including beer), provided receipts, and didn’t charge any markup. It was incredibly convenient.Rocio was our main point of contact on-site. She was responsive throughout the weekend via WhatsApp, helping us communicate with the chef team and troubleshoot anything that came up. She made everything easy and straightforward, and our full cash deposit was returned without issue.Felipe is the senior property manager. While we didn’t meet him in person, he played a big role in coordinating things leading up to the trip, and everything was well-organized when we arrived.The security guard at the property was friendly and stayed outside for the duration. Highly Recommend!

It was a very nice property. It would have been nice to have one common area air conditioned. We had some issues with the bar tending the first night....as she didn't get there till after 8:30 pm. But after that it was fine. We thought the food was very good but not quite enough a few times. But the chief was very accommodating. There was one room that the AC was never completely repaired. The pool was great and all the extras that went with it. We had a ton of good pictures but just none on my email.

From the property to the grounds to the staff all was fantastic. we had our whole family from ages 8 to 74 and we all had a wonderful time.

We booked Villa Bellamar for a family reunion that consisted of 28 people (adults, teens, kids, and babies). The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. It never felt crowded at any point. Tons of seating for all of us to eat together and space for the kids to play and enjoy the pool and beach. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The chef was the biggest highlight of the trip as the food was amazing! The chefs were overly accommodating and were able to prepare delicious meals for both adults and kids. We did run into many maintenance issues with the house. The biggest were sewage/plumbing issues and the lack of hot water. We had bathrooms that smelled terribly of sewage and drains that were also overflowing. The staff was unable to help during our stay and we had to shift guests around and consolidate into less rooms to work around the issue. We checked out on Sept 5th and I emailed Fernando on Sept 7th explaining the issues we experienced. I did not hear back until Sept 13 with the response being "it's been sent to the ownership for review and we will get back to you." I've followed up asking for a timeframe for a response only to be told "it will take some time." I've asked on Sept 15th if there is an estimate timeframe from a response so we can manage expectations but have not heard from Fernando since then. I even followed up again on Sept 21st and as of today (Sept 24th) I still have yet to receive any communication. The last I heard from Fernando was on Sept 15th. The lack of communication to resolve this issue is troublesome. We've asked for a partial refund due to the issues and inconvenience we experienced but the handling of the experience after check out has been dismal. I do hope they take this matter seriously and respond to us but I want to inform other travelers of our experience.
Overall, the property is nice but we ran into maintenance issues that provided a negative experience. We managed through it during our stay but the lack of communication afterwards is the most upsetting part.
