Dana's House è un alloggio che potremmo definire in famiglia in quanto la stanza è all'interno di una bellissima casa. La stanza è molto bella ma soprattutto si affaccia su un giardino e c'è un'atmosfera rilassante e si gode di una grande pace. La posizione è ottima, abbastanza vicino al centro e alla spiaggia.
La porta del balcone non si poteva chiudere e all'inizio questo mi ha creato un po' di tensione però essendo al primo piano in un luogo molto sicuro, non è stato un problema.
Anche la serratura della porta, ogni tanto dà dei problemi bisogna girarla in un certo modo se no è bloccata...

Мы путешествовали на машине, и нам обязательно нужна была парковка. А с парковкой в Батуми большая проблема. Это частный дом в центре Батуми со своей парковкой под пальмами).
Сам дом великолепен! У нас была очень большая комната на 3м этаже. Чисто, просторно, удобные матрасы, есть балкон. Кухня общая на несколько комнат,но мы не пересекались с соседями вообще.
Большое спасибо хозяевам ! Приветливые ,дружелюбные,гостеприимные!

Hospitable owner Nana and her family, Central location, walking ditsance to the cable car, Hypermarket "Carrefour" is also just 2 mins walking distance from the guesthouse, Free private parking space which is extra bonus in the central Batumi where it is so difficult to park the car as limited parking spots. Private small fridge inside room and full kitchen facilities in the common place on the 3rd floor. High speed Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV with Netflix and youtube buttons on TV controller. Overall Nana's guesthouse definately is value for money and for sure I will visit this guesthouse again in future as well. Highly recommend place if you are looking for budget stay in Batumi.
It would be much better if owner will install glass protection cabin for shower place, so after person taking shower, water drops won't go to batrhoom floor tiles and on toilet.

Отличное расположение. Есть парковка на территории. Очень удобно, если путешествуете на машине, с учётом транспортной ситуации в Батуми.
Удобная кровать, после активных прогулок удалось отлично выспаться.
Все хорошо. Единственное, немного подтекал душ снизу, и пол становился мокрым и скользким. Но думаю такие хорошие хозяева все поправят.
