The location was close to the Cerovac caves I wanted to visit. Parking right in front of the building. The room is small but plenty for a 1 night stay. Some facilities for making coffee would be nice but I suspect the owner would prefer one purchase coffee downstairs in the cafe.
The sound proofing is non-existent so you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms like conversations, dialogue on tv and simply people moving around.

Väga lärmakad naabrid, kes peale südaööd kõvasti jutustasid ja muusika mängima panid. AC puudub, toas hakkab palav. Rõduust saab lahti hoida, kuid tulevad sääsed ja autoteelt kostub möödasõitvate autode müra.
