    good location but rest of them are not good. the bathroom and toilet are small and few for many people. also the room is not expect as the picture. staff mentioned this is agoda’s problem. i will leave it as what it is.

    Rooms were good and the staff were all very helpful. Restaurant is downstairs with a discount for guests. A great place to meet fellow travelers, and close to all the best that Zadar has to offer.

    I stayed in a female dormitory and I enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very helpful. Other staff was friendly too. Hostel was kept very tidy and clean.

    Booked an 8 bed dorm bed with Agoda with email confirmation confirming, a first time Agoda user, the Agoda confirmation with the hostel showed a booking as a much smaller square footage 4 bed dorm room, although my confirmation clearly noted an 8 bedroom dorm, the room had a slopey ceiling, so much so bed number 1 in room 304, my bed, had only half a privacy curtain, half the ceiling space above the bed was out of use due to the slope, getting down to the ground floor was an act of health & safety concerns on every occasion, having to angle your head and body not to headbutt the angled slopey ceiling, this bed isn't fit for any purpose and should be left unused or charged at just 50 percent of the charge for the other beds in the hostel, as it only has 50 percent of the space as all the other beds presumably, this was quite frankly totally unacceptable & I won't be booking with Agoda ever again, nor will I return to the Downtown Boutique Hostel whilst in Zadar, who chose to do absolutely nothing about the unsatisfactory circumstances I found myself, a very very poor experience
