The villa is situated just two miles away from the town of Bracciano, from the train station that connects the capital, and not far from the historical Forum Clodii with the ancient church of San Liberato (I sec.), and the Castello Orsini-Odescalchi.
Villa 'La Spiaggetta' (sqm. 300), so called because of its unique location on the lake shore and its private beach, is furnished with furniture of great value and representation, two lounges, one of which the music lovers will benefit from a grand piano perfectly in tune, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen with fireplace (sqm Relax and Culture: a dream holiday in the lake shore, out of the world, the center of. 30th), four bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 bathrooms.
Outside, a large porch with barbecue, overlooking a pool where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Castle.
A well-tended garden of an acre with lush plants, thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, extends down to the shores of the lake, with olive trees, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, flowers and plants of all kinds.
It also includes a children's playground, the dependence of the guardian of the Villa, Laundry and ironing area, direct access to Lake Bracciano with private beach and a large parking area.

Lovely outdoor space, very pretty gardens. Inside the property could do with quite a bit of work, particularly the kitchen which was very old, with large cracks in the worktop and ant infested throughout (as mentioned on a previous review), you couldn't leave food out for a few seconds before it was crawling. The washing machine is in an out building and there is no air con downstairs. You need a car. We had a great family break and the communication was great with the host, there was a storm whilst we were there which broke the electric gate and that was fixed during our stay as was an issue with the pool filter.

The property and House is amazing. You can Go swimming in the lake, Bracciano is very close by, the drive to a Beach is 35 minutes by car and to Rome every Hour a train from Bracciano. Very nice location.

Excellent setting with direct access to the Lake at the end of the garden. Beautiful huge garden with lush trees and fruit, flowers and herbs. We loved the patio area which is shaded throughout the day. Short walk to the lake's beach area with cafes and restaurants. Easy local bus service up to Bracciano town, and short train journey into Rome.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 6 and the house provided ample space to spread out.The house is set in a very large garden, which we couldnt use very much due to the midges and mosquitos. Unfortunately we also had an ant infestation in the kitchen and couldn`t leave any food stuff anywhere. The kitchen is in need of a serious renovation.
The swimming pool wasn`t quite what my family of 4 young adults expected, no diving, no deep end, but pool pong could still be played.
