A well located apartment which is spacious and has great views from the large balcony and is as pictured. 15 min walk to lake and centre of the village with good choice of restaurants and cafes, we would recommend Auguste. Communication clear and prompt with secure parking in gated apartment block which is also very quiet. Would recommend.

I really liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the apartment itself has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, nice couch, large rooms, lovely furniture. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly. I can fully recommend this apartment.

This lovely apartment is well placed, within walking distance of the beautiful lake shore and the town centre, with a good choice of restaurants in both locations. There are also a number of walks up in the spectacular mountains overlooking the town. Its an easy drive to Chambery and Annecy, both are well worth a visit, as is the Gorge de Fier.The apartment feels airy and spacious and is very comfortable, within a quiet block with surrounding gardens and we loved the private, spacious balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding peaks.Thank you - we had a lovely holiday

Cet appartement est situé dans une petite résidence très calme et à 5 mn du centre Aix. Conforme à la description, décoré avec gout et soin, très propre, literie très confortable, le salon de jardin sur la terrasse appréciable; Madame Vorger est sympathique, cela fait deux ans que je vais dans cet appartement et y retourne avec plaisir. Je le conseille vivement, a peine rentrée on sent déjà une atmosphère chaleureuse (manque peut être un micro ondes); Allez y sans risque vous passerez un excellent séjour. ELISABETH L.

Appartement très beau, avec belle décoration soignée dans une belle résidence. Appartement très bien équipé, confortable et très propre. Le tout dans un très beau parc à deux pas du lac et du centre ville avec les bus et commerces aux pieds de la résidence. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le parking privé et la belle terrasse plein sud sans vis à vis. Accueil charmant de la propriétaire.
