Great host and perfect property, definitely worth the stay

The property is located not far from the city centre. It’s a compact apartment that has all you need. It is peaceful and pleasant.

I would suggest to place a full size mirror somewhere at the property, even if it’s inside the wardrobe. The property backs the railway line and trains start to run very early. It only bothered us the first night we slept, we then made sure our windows were fully closed for the next night, Not that anything can be done about it, but the noise was minimal.

Séjour parfait pour un transit et pourquoi pas plus longtemps

Sébastien l'hôte nous a fourni toutes les infos utiles, ainsi que proposé des adresses de restaurants. L'appartement dans une grande maison avec un grand jardin dans un quartier résidentiel est confortable. Malgré quelques trains en journée, nous n'avons pas été dérangés. La voiture garée à l'intérieur de la propriété est un plus

Le panneau indiquant la chambre d'hôtes pourrait être mis plus en avant de la propriété car les numéros de rue ne se suivent pas.

Le charme de la campagne en ville

L’appartement est un sous sol d'une villa, il a été aménagé avec soin dans un style moderne. Le contact avec l’hôte. Bien-que le train passe au fond du jardin nous n’avons pas été gêné par le bruit. La place de parking juste à coté de l’appartement. Pas de bruit dans la chambre. Le petit salon de jardin, le jardin bien entretenu sans vis à vis. Papier toilette haut de gamme. Cuisine équipée et état proche du neuf. Le quartier est une campagne dans la ville. La visite de l'adorable matou des propriétaire.

RAS, mais deux suggestions : pas de liquide vaisselle et oreillers un peu trop épais et ferme. Un conseil le quartier est un peu loin des attractions touristiques, du centre ville : avoir une voiture c'est bien, mais avoir des vélos pour se rendre au lac ou au centre ville c'est l'idéal.

Appartement au calme, propre, bien aménagé avec beaucoup d’espace de rangement; literie confortable. Sébastien est accueillant et très arrangeant; à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Bon séjour à Aix les Bains !

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée, dans maison, avec terrasse et jardin bien entretenu, sans vis à vis avec stationnement dans la propriété. Très bien équipé, moderne, spacieux. Très calme, proche voie ferrée masquée par la végétation, quelques trains uniquement le jour. Bien situé, à 25 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le lac ou pour se rendre au centre ville.

Excellent accueil par Sébastien Appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Proximité du lac et d Aix les bains. Belle terrasse et possibilité de stationner à l'intérieur.
