The villa is one of the villas in Marbella, that has obtained the Andalucia quality licence: VFT/MA/08326, that is obligatory for all such service establishments.
The property lies in the heart of Elviria and is ideal as a holiday home. The villa is completely furnished and decorated with care, has a good distribution of space and its interior is kept ample. The main floor comprises of an entrance, a guest bathroom and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with breakfast area and a big storage. Furthermore, there is a modern and ample living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace which allows views to the garden and pool. The 50 sqm seasalt water pool is 1-2m deep and it can be heated on request. All bedrooms are en suite with bathrooms and blackout blinds. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a huge walk in wardrobe. Here you can enjoy lovely views from one of the terraces to the sea. The garden boasts a pool and enough space for having a bath in the sun and children can play around. The outside sitting area is cosy and perfect for a dinner and or a bbq. Furthermore, the property has marble floors, new a/c systems , various tv channels and excellent internet connection. Parking for 2 cars on the plot and 2/3 cars in the garage. Really well equipped villa! Home from home with plenty of space and within walking distance from Elviria restaurants, pharmacy and great beaches. Very secure with undercover parking. Would definitely recommend this property and host! Thank you

Absolutely fabulous villa - extremely clean, well located and equipped with everything you could want….We really enjoyed our week here - the pool was wonderful, the outside eating area was just fantastic and the bedrooms - particularly the master bedroom was just awesome.We stayed in a lot of places and this ranks as one of the best for being clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to all (and I’m VERY fussy!!)

Excellent location in the Suburb of Elviria, the Villa was spacious and well furnished, clean and comfortable, all the expected features and more, great pool area and nice outside space.We would definitely recommend and will probably return soon5 stars

Family of six stayed here for 18 daysWe have been staying in apartments last ten years in Elviria but this year decided to rent Villa and best idea everHaving such large space , our own pool and close proximity to commercial centre really worked for us Will definitely return and Urmas the owner was easy to deal withThanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house O’Keeffes
