Villa Mulvey #1

Villa Mulvey was everything we hoped for and more! It's one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of room to spread out, the bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, and the bathroom was amazing—the shower alone deserves a mention! Having a washer and dryer available was another thoughtful touch. We spent most of our time exploring St. Augustine, so we didn't cook, but we absolutely could have. The kitchen had everything we would have needed. We used the microwave for a quick snack and the fridge. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer—we kept saying we wished we had a whole week! Traveling with our big dog meant finding a truly pet-friendly place was essential, and Villa Mulvey was perfect. The backyard gave her space to enjoy herself, and it made traveling with her so much easier. Loved the atmosphere with all the evening lights in the backyard, as well. The parking right behind the villa was incredibly convenient, and being only a 10–15 minute walk from downtown meant we could leave the car behind and enjoy all the wonderful sights, shops, and restaurants that make St. Augustine so special. Thank you, Benoit and Lindsey, for all the care you've put into creating such a welcoming place. You can tell every detail was chosen with your guests in mind. We genuinely appreciated it and will definitely be returning to Villa Mulvey on our next visit to St. Augustine!

Apartment was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable.

Apartment is very spacious and well equiped. Parking is convinient and the host, who lives near by, was very helpful when needed.

Great location and decent price. It was an easy walk to the fort and shopping district.

It was extremely damp inside the apartment. Small appliances needed cleaning or replacement. There was a lot of hair in the bed and on pillows. You could hear everything the upstairs neighbors did and said. We did not sleep well at all so we left early. Management didn't respond to the email letting them know we were leaving early and the reasons why.
