Location is fantastic. Clean. Wonderful shower. Pretty garden. Peaceful and quiet. Access is through a key code so we never met any staff. Free parking literally across the road so access with luggage was very easy.
There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway outside the bedroom, though it wasn’t noticeable in the bedroom.

The fan was wonderful as it was very hot. But it was very dirty and spewing out dust.

Fabulous location with parking in central Chichester. Lovely quiet setting, comfortable bed and very clean.

Location and large room.
Terrible and rude experience with booking staff. We were travelling in the area by train and needed to drop our bags off. We overheard someone tell the cleaner “under no circumstances let us in our room before 3pm and that we were cheeky and a right pain”. We hadn’t even asked for a check in.
