It is a family run stay. The hosts are very polite. Our room F1 was on the first floor. Modest furnishing, clean, running hot water, AC. Location is the best part of this stay. You can see the Virupaksha temple from the terrace. If u have time u can visit many sites on foot. We also took site seeing trips with the host in his tuktuk. 100% recommended.

Close to the Hampi town centre. Felt great to be staying in amongst the temples and ruins and eateries
No kettle to boil water for a cuppa, no covers on doonas and very uncomfortable pillows.
