About this apartment rental
This 3rd floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean, pool, and courtyard from its private balcony. Relax and enjoy the spacious living room with plenty of seating for the whole family. The beautiful kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped and comes with a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private en suite bath has a newly renovated walk in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen and twin bed. There is a single twin size bed in the third, smaller bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”
All the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

We had a great stay this year. This was our second stay at Colony Reef Club. Great for kids and we enjoyed the laid back vibes. Only issue we had was our fridge went out. But they had us a new one in less than 24 hours. Cant wait to get back there.

Our stay was wonderful at 3301! This was our first time staying at the Colony Reef. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable. The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP. The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here. First time in 3301. King bed was uncomfortable, queen sheet on a king bed, lighting throughout is not good. Dryer is on its last leg, takes 2-3 times to dry a load, especially towels. Dryer makes awful squeaking noise when in use. Wish there was a bigger table on balcony to eat there. View is awesome, location is awesome, pool is huge and never over crowded. Property is clean and never had any safety concerns or issues. Will definitely stay again but not in 3301 unless upgrades are done.
