17 Glyn Y Marian is a bright and spacious cottage, just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach in Llanbedrog, on the picturesque Llyn Peninsula and can sleep six people. This upside-down cottage has three ground floor bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a garage for kayak and bike storage, a balcony with a sun canopy, a barbecue and furniture and shared use of lawns. With the beach just a two minute walk away, 17 Glyn Y Marian is the perfect base for your family holiday.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer in porch, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 with Sky and 1 with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio iPod dock, WiFi, PlayStation 2 and Wii with games, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garage for kayak and bike storage.
