17 Glyn Y Marian is a bright and spacious cottage, just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach in Llanbedrog, on the picturesque Llyn Peninsula and can sleep six people. This upside-down cottage has three ground floor bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a garage for kayak and bike storage, a balcony with a sun canopy, a barbecue and furniture and shared use of lawns. With the beach just a two minute walk away, 17 Glyn Y Marian is the perfect base for your family holiday.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer in porch, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 with Sky and 1 with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio iPod dock, WiFi, PlayStation 2 and Wii with games, selection of books, games and DVDs.
