The house was great--very clean, well-equipped, high quality beds, nice little outdoor space. Lots of nice touches. The beach chairs and towels were very handy for our beach visit. The location was super convenient and parking was easy. Farhad was a great host. Good communication and very nice!

Our three generation family of six had a great time staying at this house. It looks even better in person than the photos online. The house is better supplied than any other rental I have stayed in and the host is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have or help you may need at what seemed like lightening respond time! You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and even nightlife and a movie theatre at Triangle square, not to mention a great park and Library. It is a short drive to Newport Beach and Balboa and about a 20 minute drive to Laguna. Truly the house and location was a great fit for our family and I highly recommend it. You could not ask for a better host - thank you so much Farhad for all your help, patience and sense of humour. All the best to you, Kathy

We stayed for 4 days. The location is convenient to UCI where we were visiting our freshman. We were unfortunate to encounter cold and rainy weather for most of our stay. Lucky for us, we could at least shelter in a comfortable home. Everything we needed was within a 15 min drive. We walked to Trader Joes for Groceries.

Great stay for our girls weekend! Very convenient to local restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and of course close to the beach. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved access to the beach chairs, boogie boards and sun umbrella. Communication was quick and smooth. Farhad was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

The property was perfect , the owners thought of everything down to a little close up mirror which I always use at home and completely forgot to bring . Walking distance to baskin Robbins which the teens enjoyed and many other stores and restaurants. The property was spotless and so many little touches that made it perfect for our stay . Plenty of room for us . Enjoyed every minute . Thank you for such a lovely property and easy process . This was our first experience with this type of property but would definitely book again .

Everything is as advertised in listing. There are chairs and towels for beach. Comfortable beds. Great location if you want to go to Newport Beach and south. We went to Disney and LA several times. So good for both locations. Farhad is very helpful and timely in responses!

The house was close to all of the fun stuff to do in NewPort Beach and easy drive to restaurants and stores. The house was very clean . The beds were very comfortable as well . The host was very easy to communicate with and left us a couple of bottles of wine , which was very nice . We would love to stay here again as we love to vacation in the New Port area . I am picky about cleanliness and this stay exceeding my expectations. It is roomy, lots of natural light and very well stocked. Several great coffee shops within a block or two. The owner is so kind - provided some welcome goodies, responded immediately to our questions. Great stay!

We had rented a property through a different site 9 months in advance and they cancelled last minute. We were so worried that we would not be able to find anything. We booked here and absolutely loved our stay. The townhome is amazing and modern with a great outside area. The big kitchen was a selling point for my mom who loves to cook for the family. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as described and so much more. It was clean, spacious, quiet, safe neighborhood. It was within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. We loved how the owner took care of thinking of the visitor (what would they enjoy? What would make their stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible?). Communication with Mr. Farhad was amazing. He is so thoughtful. He and his wife even left us two bottles of wine to enjoy upon our arrival. The home was decorated for the Holidays, which we loved. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I had some of the best sleep in this home. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property. We hope to be back again in the future!

This Costa Mesa home was absolutely beautiful!! Giving a rating of 5 stars to each category of the VRBO review just doesn’t do my vacation experience at this home justice! Also, words can’t describe the ease of finding and selecting this property. The owner’s, Farhad, consistent touch, from the time the property was reserved, to checkout was outstanding. Farhad truly “walks the talk” of what quality customer service should be like - EXCELLENT! The house was equipped with everything needed to ensure his guests are comfortable and hassle-free. Walking into the house on the first day of our stay was amazing because not only did it match the pictures on the VRBO site, it was extremely clean and welcoming to include the availability of beverage and snack, toiletries, and towels were even arranged decoratively like on a cruise ship. Great attention to the details - impressive! Also, the property was conveniently located within walking and driving distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Farhad offers a complete package from product to service and I look forward to future visits😁 Thank you Farhad for being a gracious and thoughtful host!

Absolutely perfect home, everything we needed was there, the owners have thought of every detail. After long trip we got into the home easily, we were greeted with wine, chocolate, biscotti and cold water in the fridge. The house is spotless, beds are comfortable and we slept soundly. We even got to have fresh passion fruit from the vine outside! Short walk to restaurants, stores and groceries. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more, we’ll be back!

We booked this place for our vacation for a week and it was absolutely beautiful! The picture don’t do it justice. The host was so kind and accommodating and even had two bottles of wine waiting when we arrived. We were conveniently located near Newport and Huntington beaches. We also were close enough to spend the day at Laguna Beach (which we highly recommend)! The owner has plenty of beach towels chairs and umbrellas to use. After a day of adventures it was always nice to come back to this nice airy retreat. We were also within walking distance of so many stores and restaurants. This was a wonderful place and I would highly recommend this place for a vacation getaway.

If you are looking for a great location, this Costa Mesa gem is the house for you. The home is great for families, spacious enough for our group 5(It sleeps 8). Fully equipped spacious kitchen with large island and dining table that sat 8. Great alfresco dining area outside(loved the Passion fruit vine). There were plenty of amenities to make a great vacation, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, and workout equipment were available for use. Outdoor shower to wash the sand away was a bonus. Not only is the home outstanding in amenities, its also 10 minutes away from everything. My family and I stayed in the home for three nights(I wish I could have extended my time) for a Celebration of Life Beach Day. Everything we needed logistically was a short drive a way(less than 10 mins). We were ten minutes away from Huntington Beach State Park, Huntington Beach city, and all of its amenities. Newport Beach City was within walking distance NewPort Beach Pier and Balboa Peninsula is a very short drive away. Farhad, responded promptly to my questions and was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this home. As a matter of fact, I plan to stay here in the future(FYI Farhad, lol).

Super new and clean property. Housekeeping even takes care to fold towels into little fans. Check-in a breeze. Received instructions how to enter property the week prior; binder full of information on the home and activities and dining in the immediate vicinity. Location very convenient with easy access near the southern end of the 55 freeway. Property owner/manager always quick to respond to communication and queries. Highly recommend for home base if visiting Orange County.

Wedding at the Harper, rehearsal at Pitfire Pizza. Perfect location for our weekend, walking distance to In and Out, visited the beach, lots of shopping. The house worked great for our family and weather even allowed for outside dining. Our host was very responsive, and wanted to make his home, our home.
