We liked the location and the appliances (Micro-wave was missing).
It's an expensive bargain for a flat with not a one normal window in the whole flat. The only window is the entrance which faces the public entrance to the building. This is an information that fairness demands it to be known in advance, and the price will be accommodated accordingly. There are two rooms and one is substantially inferior vis-a-vis the other.
