Rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész a tulajdonos. A konyhába bekészített élelemmel várt minket, mindent részletesen elmagyarázott, és kaptunk tanácsokat a hely felfedezésére is. Az ingyenes parkolásnak örültünk, hiszen az apartman fizető parkoló övezetben van. Búcsúzáskor Smiljana kis házi ajándékkal is meglepett bennünket, amiért hálásak vagyunk! Itt tényleg igazi vendégszeretet várt minket! A lakás patyolat tiszta volt, minden megtalálható benne még amire nem számítottunk az is. A kilátás a tengerre lenyűgöző! Egyetlen dolog amin lehetne javítani az az ágyak nyikorgása, ami esténként kicsit zavaró volt, ha valaki forgolódott benne. De mindez semmiség a kiváló elhelyezkedés és vendégszeretet mellett.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The host, Smiljana, was very welcoming and organized free parking for us. She also added lots of extras like milk and treats in the fridge that was much appreciated.

We arrived very late, but Smiljana was waiting for us warmly and greeted us with fresh fruit. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we found fresh bread, some other food, coffee, and all the appliances we could need. The apartment is in a historic building, yet it felt incredibly cozy and comfortable—much bigger than we expected—with a stunning view of the sea. Everything we needed was right there, and the beach was just two minutes away. Bars and restaurants surrounded us, and parking was available, which made everything so easy. Our daughter got sick during our stay, and Smiljana was incredibly compassionate and caring, offering help without hesitation. Although we only planned to stay two nights, she kindly offered us a flexible checkout, so we could enjoy the beach until late afternoon. That kindness meant a lot to us. I’m absolutely satisfied. Smiljana is not only communicative and helpful but truly caring in a way that makes you feel like you’re staying with a good friend rather than just a host. If you’re looking for a place with genuine warmth and character—something far from the usual cookie-cutter hotels—this is the place to be. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the heart of Opatija. This stay felt like a heartfelt experience, and we will cherish it.

The hosts were very kind. The place is very clean and everything is tidy. The fridge welcomed us full, as well as a bowl of fruit. The hostess thought of everything. We would gladly return.
