La situation géographique, la petite terrasse, tout est très simple mais fonctionnel

Sossegado, embora se torne um pouco incómodo quando ligam a central hidroeléctrica, que é bastante próxima.
Os acessos são deploráveis. Deveria ser informado, na descrição do alojamento, que a estrada de acesso está muito degradada, por ser a que leva à pedreira da Afavias, sendo o restante troço uma estrada não asfaltada e completamente inviável para viaturas mais baixas. Maior arejamento no alojamento também seria bom, tive de ter a janela permanentemente aberta durante a estadia, para dissipar o cheiro a humidade.
