Everything was perfect

Studio is located in the city centre and is very close to the beach as well. All the shops and restaurants are very close. Fridge was full with drinks and they left some snacks and coffee in the cupboard for us. Very attentive to our needs and brought what we needed without even asking. Minor issue was promptly resolved. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

It wasn't our 1st time in Nea Moudania, but it was the best choice as an accomodation. I just can recommend this studio. It was very clean, tidy, convenient and lovely welcome water, chocolate, wine and coffee also available. The host was also very friendly.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The living area was great and the beds comfortable. The host was friendly and welcomed us with drinks, fresh fruits , cookies and coffee to get us by for the first few days.

Hospitality and location were excellent!

The stairs at the entrance of the building were very steep and it was difficult to access the entrance of the flat. Not recommended for people of older age and mobility issues. However, Demetris (the owner of the flat) help us with our luggage upon arrival.

Didn't have to be out by 11am. Left in the afternoon and was instructed to leave the keys with someone across the road.

The steep stairway definitely leads to Heaven! A definite recommendation!

The appartment was wonderfully clean, comfortable and facilitated all our needs. The steps leading up to the appartment, although quite steep, were not a problem at all and even helped us to stay in shape! The host exceeded our expectations of kindness by providing the necessary snacks and chilled water on our arrival and the kitchenette was fully equipped which included a kettle, coffee maker and all the cooking equipment one should need over a long stay. In addition, the location was above superb with taverns, kiosks and bars literally being a 5 minute walk away! We would definitely recommend Blue Studio!

Blue Studio

Nagyon jó helyen van, a belvárosban, gyakorlatilag három utcára a tengerparttól. Sok üzlet van a környéken, jókat lehet sétálni, enni és kávézni. Tiszta és rendezett volt a szállás. Az üzletekben nagyon kedvesek az eladók.

Autóval nem ajánlott menni. Gyakorlatilag az egész környéken folyamatosan minden tele van autóval, nagyon nehéz parkolóhelyet találni. Közvetlenül a szállásnál szinte lehetetlen, igy a ki-be pakolás elég nehézkes. A lakás két szintes, nagyon meredek 32 fokos szűk lépcsőn kell felmenni hozzá, igy bizonytalan járású, illetve ízületi problémákkal küzdő, vagy túlsúlyos embereknek nem ajánlott. A lakáson belül is meredek lépcső van a két szint között, ugyanez érvényes erre is.

Prelep studio u srcu grada

Studio je na dobroj lokaciji u centru N Moudania, mi smo baš takvu lokaciju trazili, ima najbolji sladoled prekoputa zgrade i najbolji giros 2 minuta od studia. Sve sto vam treba na dohvat ruke. Do plaže laganim hodom 15ak minuta. Nema parking ali svuda je bilo mesta za parkiranje tako da to nije bio problem. Studio je opremljen svime za prijatan boravak. Ništa nam nije nedostajalo. Sastoji se iz dva nivoa, gornji ima skroz opremljenu kuhinju (ako neko uopšte i kuva u Grčkoj pored njihovih savršenih restorana 🤔) sofu sto i terasu. Na donjem nivou je bračni krevet i kupatilo. Kada smo stigli u studio sačekali su nas slatkiši i pun frizider pića sokovi voda pivo...sve sto vam moze zatrebati u prvom momentu...a i drugom😁. Cenim takav gest vlasnika. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom besprekorna. Za svaku preporuku

Ono što bi nekome mozda sa malom decom ili ograničenim hodom moglo da pretstavlja problem su jako uske i strme stepenice do studia. Nama to stvarno nije bio veliki problem.
