It made us feel at home.

The house is fairly comfortable and clean. It is newly decorated and it has all the technological equipment. The garden is awesome. The kitchen has all you need. The bathroom is very clean. The host is helpful. Nea Moudania is very calm place. There is everything you need; supermarkets, taverns, beaches etc. If you have a car, you can travel everywhere easily. We are really happy to stay in Olea Suites 1. Thank you 🙏

Strongly recommend

Modern apartment ideal for 3, with almost everyting you need, for example the Nescafe cofee machine for cofee adicted :-). Very nice garden with green lawn, relaxing environment outside with table to serve your cofee and your meals. Nice lightning system with sensors an multiple options to light the house. Quiet location. Look for the leaflet on the table with important telephone numbers and restaurant recomandation.

We needed some extra garbage bags and a couple of laundry machine capsules would have been helpful.

Amazing stay!

The suite was super clean and had everything, like washing machine, coffee machine, iron, etc. Also, you can chill outside. There is a small backyard, that your kids will love. The host was very polite! There is free parking in front of the stay.

A great stay in a clean, new, well appointed apartmnet in Nea Moundania.

The apartmnet was new, clean and well appointed. It is obvious that careful thought has been put in by the owners of the property for the additional touches to make a guests stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is around 1.5km from the main area of the town with banks, restaurants and cafes and general amenities. A well stocked supermarket is an easy 500m walk away. The area is flat and easily accessible by foot or an easy drive wth quiet streets if you have a car. Some positive features for a more extended stay were- an open spacious kitchenette, washing machine, clothes dryer, grassy outdoor space and table and chairs and a separate bedroom from the main entry/ lounge. Our hosts sent a a message with entry instructions which was a digital entry code to the door. We hired a car and there was off street parking available for our vehicle.

I really have no complaints about our stay, but i had to note any areas for improvement they would include (very minor) The clothes iron was basic and difficult to use (but not many people go on holidays to iron, so probbaly not relevant). the internet was fairly good but we did have connection issues several times.

Все было хорошо

Хорошие апартаменты, спальня , кухня со всеми принадлежностями, дворик с газоном и мангал.Море в 15 минут пешком. По средам большой базар, в пяти минутах пешком. Для отдыха с детьми самое то.

Можно было оставить хотя бы бутылочку воды, не было сахара и чая чтоб попить с дороги, так как магазины уже не работали.Но на проживание и общие впечатления от квартиры это не влияет.
