The house is in a quiet street between the train line and the sea, close to a cliff lookout and to the train stop. It may be less quiet in summer, but in winter it was perfect. We had a separate room which is in the attic of the old garage and with no common walls with the dormitories, so it was especially quiet. The room was basic, and there was some antique feel to it. The showers downstairs worked well.
The kitchen has very little equipment aside of microwave and kettle. The stairs of this particular room are steep and narrow, ok for me, but check the details when booking if it is important for you.

It was close to all amenities ,
The single bed was very narrow , NOT a single bed , and to go to the toilet number two was over 250m away , so if it was urgent it could get MESSY, couldn’t drink my own beer on the boat
