We had a wonderful 4-day stay in Estoril at Monica’s place and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We originally booked a small room, but since we were traveling with our baby, Monica kindly upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost as it was available. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out. She was incredibly warm and attentive to our son, Eren, even giving him a lovely teddy bear as a gift. She also surprised us with thoughtful treats, including buying a whole piece of cheese I liked and gifting it to me. When the high chair broke, she immediately replaced it without any hesitation, which meant a lot to us as parents traveling with a baby. Monica’s constant smile, generosity, and genuine care made us feel so welcome and at home. We are truly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend staying here!
