Everything was perfect! Beautiful, clean and very well equipped house including laundry machine and a parking spot in the garden. Matheo and his sister were so wonderful and gave us many great tips for trips around Monteriggioni (e.g. Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano)! We absolutely recommend this place, as everything is reachable by car in short time. Thank you very much for this wonderful time

Sleeping inside the walls of an actual Castello! Should be enough said. The host Matteo is a legend, he will go above an beyond to make sure you have a lovely stay and don't miss out on any of the Tuscany highlights. The lovely house itself breaths history but is also very comfortable and spacious (and spotlessly clean!).
The restaurants right on the Castello's square are great, we tried two and loved both of them (reasonable prices too). Just strolling a couple meters down the medieval square to get home after some lovely evening wine is incredible.
