Well positioned with good car parking. The bed was very comfortable.
Not very clean. The stairs were littered with tiny bits of toilet paper debris.

The room in this family home was impeccable as was the whole house. It was comfortable, beautiful (garden was brimming with flowers) and the hosts were fully attentive to all our needs. The pictures don't do justice to this house! We were doing the South Downs way and it is not far from the route (although you do have to come down off the ridge) as we were on bicycles that was not too hard... there are several pubs not far away - one easy walking distance and the other about a mile.. Highly recommended - you will be the only guests in this house - the breakfast is perfectly cooked and generous and you can purchase a packed lunch for £7.50 which is completely fair.
