- pěkné prostředí, upravené okolí domků , posekaný trávník, upravené keře, - možnost si přitopit v krbu ( počasí bylo některé dny opravdu chladné a sychravé ) - celkové řešení domku včetně terasy - vzdálenost od pláže - klidná poloha

- naprosto nefunkční Wifi- slabý signál Wifi , byl jeden router na terase jednoho z domků . Signál nedosáhl do sousedního domu ani na terasu natož přes zeď dovnitř. - teplá voda se připravuje i pomocí solárního panelu , při slunečném dni je voda přehřátá ! - doslova vystřeluje vařící voda z kohoutku - hrozí opaření nejen dětí .. ! - nedostatečný úklid , prach na podlaze mastné šmouhy na sporáku a okolí - ucpaný odpad ve sprše chomáčem vlasu , ucpaný odpad v myčce ... mastné umyvadlo . rozbitý botník v předsíni. - nedostatečné osvětlení u umyvadla v koupelně ... holení probíhalo "poslepu"- zcela chybí světlo u zrcadla - příjezdová cesta je katastrofa - nevadí že je polní, ale výmoly jsou jako na cvičišti pro vojenská vozidla , tuto cestu musíte absolvovat většinou 2x denně ...
