Peaceful, quite and perfect for a relaxing holiday with a dog.

Perfect location, terrace facing the forest and very short and nice walk to the beach. It was easy to contact the landlady who speaks good English. She was very helpful with advice. As the property has a fence, we had a very relaxing family holiday with our dog.

Erholsame Tage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Ostseestrand

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar, meist sogar vor Ort und haben sich mehrfach erkundigt ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind oder es an irgendetwas fehlt.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub rundum genossen

Wenn man Ruhe und Natur genießen will, sind die Appartements mit Waldblick das beste, was man buchen kann. Weitere Pluspunkte sind die Sauberkeit, eine tolle Ausstattung und die Nähe zum Strand (Liegestühle sind im Appartement vorhanden).

Während unserer 2 Wochen Aufenthalt haben wir keine Kritikpunkte gefunden.

Tolle Wohnung in Waldnähe - sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ferien-Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, die Urlaub am Meer machen möchten. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber die Aufteilung ist sehr gelungen, so dass wir uns zu viert stets wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Sogar Windschutz, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und Stranddecke für einen Ausflug zum Meer sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist zwar klein und hat keinen Ofen. Der Induktionsherd und die Mikrowelle haben uns jedoch vollkommen gereicht. Es ist alles vor Ort, was man in einer Küche benötigt und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Besonders schön ist die kleine zum Wald angrenzende Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehört und auf der wir zu viert gemütlich sitzen und essen konnten. Zum Strand, der hier am Rande der Stadt nicht überlaufen ist, sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenso zum nächsten Bäcker und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten (z.B. nach weiteren frischen Handtüchern).

Gut mit Abstrichen

Die Lage des kleinen Häuschens war tipp topp. Man muss nicht weit zum Strand gehen. Schön war die Spielmöglichkeit, die für Kinder geboten war. So kam keine Langeweile auf.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist nicht hochwertig. Das sogenannte Doppelbett misst 1,60 m. Leider sind die Treppen arg laut, sodass man sich nicht nachts traut runter zu gehen (1 Bad im EG), da man sonst das ganze Haus aufweckt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet!

Die Fotos sind etwas täuschend was die Größe betrifft. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden da. Alles in allem hatten wir schönes Wetter und waren bis auf morgens zum Frühstück kaum in der Unterkunft. Weiter ist ja die m2 Anzahl transparent angegeben. Also als kleiner Tipp, nicht nur nach den Fotos gehen.

Ochotná a vstřícná majitelka, nepříliš příjemné místo

Majitelka je ohromně vstřícná a ochotná. Byla neustále k dispozici, když jsme se potřebovali na něco zeptat nebo získat něco navíc. Apartmán je dobře vybavený (včetně větrné zástěny na pláž nebo slunečníku), stačí si vzít vlastní suroviny na vaření a vlastní kosmetiku a drogerii. Nedaleko je supermarket, takže si člověk snadno nakoupí. Apartmán je opravdu blízko mořské pláže, pěšky je to sotva pět minut. Součástí komplexu je malé dětské hřiště, které děti naplno využívaly.

Z fotek a popisu jsme čekali trochu jiné okolí – z venkovního sezení jsme měli výhled do zaparkovaných aut, na sousední několikapatrové turistické ubytování, na další rozestavěný dům pro turisty, nikoli na les, jak jsme čekali. Ložnice nebyla rozvržená příliš dobře, průchod k posteli byl příliš úzký a nepohodlný. Nad schodištěm soustavně svítilo bezpečností světlo, které se nedalo vypnout. Regulace teploty vody byla trochu loterie, několikrát jsme se mírně opařili horkou vodou, a to jak ve dřezu, tak ve sprše. Na místě bylo začátkem srpna hodně komárů. Městečko Dziwnówek je bohužel zoufale nevkusné, působí jako laciná pouťová atrakce obklopená rychle rostoucím developmentem pro turisty, takže celkový zážitek z pobytu dost zhoršuje.

Czysto, bardzo wygodny grill w obsłudze, dobra lokalizacja, tuje już wysokie:) fajnie też że można ze zwierzętami. Duża, pojemna lodówka. Dobrze przechowuje żywność.

Jestem zadowolony z lokalu, Pani Właścicielka bardzo życzliwa i uczynna.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko do plaży. Cisza, słychać szum morza. Polecam apartamenty od strony lasu (większy ogród)

Brak intymności w ogrodzie. Sąsiad i ludzie z ulicy parzą co jem na tarasie. Może ustawienie między ogrodami płotku (parawanu) z listewek drewnianych na wysokość ok. 1,50m polepszy komfort.

Wspaniała była bliskość lasu , choć ciszę zakłócał śpiew ptaków 😜🤣😂 Gorąco polecam. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Dwie uwagi to drobnostki . Pierwsza to brak klina bądź stopki przy drzwiach na taras by je blokować a druga brak haczyków na ręczniki w łazience.

Die wahrscheinlich beste Unterkunft in Dziwnowek

Wir haben in der Vorsaison eine Woche in den La Brisa Apartments mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn verbracht. Dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Unser Apartment war direkt neben dem kleinen Spielplatz (danke dafür Malgorzata!), so konnten wir in Ruhe auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick in den Wald genießen. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sogar ein hochwertiger Grill mit Holzkohle war vorhanden. Gemessen an den vielen anderen Unterkünften im viel zu dicht bebauten Dziwnowek hat man in den La Brisa Apartments sehr viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Besitzerin Malgorzata ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Unterkunft erreicht man Strand, den Wald, einen größeren Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Restaurants und die superschöne Strandbar “Szkwal” in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

Świetnie wyposażony i gustownie urządzony apartament. Bliskość morza i położenie na skraju lasu w spokojnej części Dziwnówka. Bardzo miły kontakt i sympatyczna Pani właściciel.

Wundervolles kleines Häuschen mit Rasenfläche/Terrasse und Blick zum Wald (Haus Nr. 3)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde bei der Ankunft alles gezeigt. Bei Fragen gab es sofort einen Ansprechpartner und eine schnelle und freundliche Hilfe. Sehr toller Service! Die Fotos zeigen den Ist-Stand. Haus Nr. 3 (Premium) hat die Rasenfläche/Terrasse neben dem kleinen "Spielplatz" mit Blick auf den Wald. War mit Hund perfekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist auch die Tür um direkt zum Wald zukommen. Generell kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Restaurant und zum Einkaufen. Auch ein öffentlicher Spielplatz ist in der Nähe.

Cudowny odpoczynek, ludzie przemili w Dziwnówku. Piękne miejsce.

Piękna lokalizacja, zaraz przy sporym lesie, który rozkłada się wzdłóż plaży. Sarny odchodzą pod domek. Są ścieżki do spacerów po lesie, co chwilę z lasu mażna zejść na plażę i wracać po piasku. Wszędze z domku jest blisko, do centrum, na promenadę, na plażę.

Drzwi wymagały trochę siły by zamknąć lub otworzyć ale to z powodu włamania gdy domek był budowany.
