Beware - property does not return deposits.
Good location
Property took deposit which was supposed to be refundable but didn’t return it. Entrance door has blocking switch which can be switched on accidentally and you cannot access the apartment. No information on how to operate the system.

Generalnie sam pobyt przyjemny
Położenie apartamentu super, widok z balkonu bezpośrednio na dziką część jeziora - cudo! Koncerty ptaków i widoczki, cisza i spokój. Apartament czysty i dosyć przestronny.
To drobne mankamenty, ale… Uważam, że jak za TAKĄ cenę „gołe mieszkanie” to trochę przesada. Dzisiejsze standardy są odrobinkę wyżej, mianowicie : brak w wyposażeniu kieliszków, jakiejkolwiek ściereczki żeby przy gotowaniu, czy pieczeniu nie poparzyć sobie ręki, podstawowe sól czy pieprz. Na miejscu jest ekspres do kawy - fajnie byłoby mieć w zanadrzu „kilka” ziarenek dla gości, poza tym brak chociaż małych pojemniczków z żelem pod prysznic i szamponem. Wiem ktoś może uznać te rzeczy za śmieszne, jednak przy dosyć wysokiej cenie wynajmu za tydzień czasu, takie rzeczy w innych miejscach to standard. Najbardziej jednak nie podobała mi się rzecz związana z płatnościami - jedna część płatna przez booking, a pięć innych wysyłanych przez sun&snow. To trochę uciążliwe, osobna cena jest tutaj, dodatkowo płatny parking, dodatkowo opłata klimatyczna… no słabe to

Wenn man nichts erwartet, kann man gern buchen.
Einziger Lichtblick: das Bad. Es war sauber und funktional, allerdings war auch dort zu wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden.
Leider war unser Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt wurde – unter der Küchenzeile lagen Kekskrümel, das Geschirr und Besteck waren schmutzig. Der Kühlschrank war nicht in Betrieb, ebenso wie der Boiler – beides Dinge, die man bei einer Endkontrolle hätte sehen und vor Ankunft der Gäste in Ordnung bringen können. Das Bett war mit einer Breite von nur 1,40 m für zwei Personen deutlich zu klein. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem ein anderer Gast, der den Aufenthalt unangenehm gemacht hat – auch das hätte im Vorfeld auffallen müssen. Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt leider enttäuschend.

Nie polecam! Warunki spartańskie, brak ciepłej wody !
Przez 4 z 6 dni pobytu nie było ciepłej wody. Zarządca nie zrobił nic, nie zmienił pokoju, nie naprawił zepsutego bojlera, nie zaproponował żadnej rekompensaty! Braliśmy prysznic w lodowatej wodzie. Nie oddano nam także kaucji zwrotnej pomimo braku jakichkolwiek zniszczeń. Firma nieuczciwa i nierzetelna, bardzo przykre podejście do Klienta. Nie polecamy !
